I called this a workshop and what I actually meant is that I might talk about my own evolving mental health. I went on a workaholic/over responsible/stress monster bender for a while and it caught up to me. So I’m taking steps to fix that.

Step one is a morning routine. Nothing too crazy:

  • drink water
  • Go for a 20 or 30 minute walk
  • Listen to a “Pale Blue Dot” by Carl Sagan.

Day one down. It’s a nice feeling. The robins are out. The puddles have a little bit of frost. I petted someone’s dog. (Big sloppy German shepherd)
